The Third Age Trust provides insurance, as per the cover note which allows members to run groups at home, in public areas, in the countryside and for trips to take place. This insurance protects members from claims against them for injury to others and to property. It does not include personal injury. It is the insurance rules which require us to undertake risk assessments for our activities.
