We play on a public site (Board Game Arena) which welcomes visitors and caters for subscribing members by saving playing history and statistics should you wish to sign up. The sign-up process is easy. The site has access to several hundred different games for various numbers of participants. We have a Zoom meeting running as well that we sign in to so we can chat while we play. (We can use breakout rooms in Zoom if we choose to play different games simultaneously).

Venue: In front of your own computer, in the comfort of your own home

Advantages: We don’t have to carry heavy games to a venue. We are not competing noise-wise with anyone else using our venue. We don’t have to travel (an issue for those who are disabled). When we start a new game we don’t have to spend ages setting up the pieces! All of the rules are available online if we need to consult them. We can often fit in several games in our allotted time.
